From the first meeting with Austin and his team I was at ease, they made suggestions, listened to what I wanted and did not try to upsell. When they returned with samples for flooring, countertops and cabinets – they brought choices based on our original discussions. I could not be happier with the finished product, The Black Rhino team is professional and respectful of my home and my time. They showed up when promised, the estimated prices were adhered to and the quality of the products installed is as discussed and promised. Sure there were bumps in the timeline but Austin and his team smoothed out the issues and made things right and to my satisfaction. Sure stuff can happen during a renovation/remodel but Austin controlled what he could.
