"Frank and his crew completed a full primary bathroom renovation for my partner and I in April of 2023 in Manayunk. Frank was extremely communicative, and his team was respectful, timely, and diligent. He was very transparent when they discovered additional water/mold damage during demolition, and presented us multiple options in how to mitigate. We were so pleased with First Class’s work, that we intend to have them complete additional work for us in the future. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone!"

"Everyone at Manfredia I interacted with was friendly and responsive. Wally Manfredia had the experience and knowledge to deal with a variety of our repairs in multiple rooms, and most importantly for us, was able to work closely with our insurance adjuster. He helped to secure a fair price for repairs and was willing to meet and discuss issues with our insurance company. He kept us informed and above all listened and addressed our needs. Wally was able to deal with all aspects of our repair from ceilings to electrical to bathroom and floorings. Overall, it was a big relief to have Wally working with us and we are glad we called Manfredia's Carpentry and Generall Contracting."

"Great job! Excellent attention to detail with finish work. Great communication from everyone during the entire process. Cost was excellent."

"Matt did an amazing job with our project. He was very responsive and thorough every step of the way. I highly recommend him!"

"Paul was excellent to work with. We had to make many changes during our remodel. He was very accommodating and easy to work with. Our ADA remodel to convert a bedroom and bathroom making it wheelchair accessible turned out beautifully! We are very happy and would highly recommend His company ."

"Raphael, Marcel, and Alex were fantastic, professional, respectful, kind, and easy to work with. Their quote was reasonable, their attention to detail was commendable, and we were very pleased with the result. They came up with new ideas and were flexible with ours, which enhanced the renovation and our experience. We recommend them highly and will use them again."

"We had a house fire and pretty much needed our entire home rebuilt. Steve was recommended by a mutual friend and we are so GLAD he was! He was very responsive, came right out to evaluate the situation, discussed options with us and had some GREAT ideas on some changes to make during the rebuild. Our “wish list” he called it. Steve and his employees were practically like family by the time they were done. They cleaned up after each day of work , were kind, considerate and respectful and they all spoke English! We highly recommend Steve and his team ."

"Brian was with us from start to finish with our combined garage, powder room, laundry room remodel. He has an incredible attention to detail and he really cares about the quality of his work. There are very few problems that Brian cannot solve. He is also very creative, practical and talented. He works with great subs who showed up on time and did great jobs with the remodel. He and his crew were a pleasure to work with. Thanks Brian."

"My kitchen 😍!!! I am so happy with the transformation of my kitchen and dining room! Bill, Sara and their crew are very impressive: from communication throughout the project to showing up on time, the care and quality of service they provide, it's outstanding! The whole project was a breeze! I would highly recommend them! I am still in owe of the work they did!"

"They were excellent..very professional, clean and responsible..also very helpful when asked questions.. I am using them again to complete 2 other rooms which we were going to do ourselves, but their work was excellent that we would rather have them do th work to look professional."
