"The project went very smoothly. They completed the job in a day removing the original roof and installed a new architectural shingle. They are nice to deal with and are very responsive."

"The process went smoothly from start to finish. Rich, the owner, led the installation. We are happy with the additional light and there have been no leaks or other issues. We would highly recommend."

"Outstanding. The job was originally estimated at one day but it soon turned into three full days. Every board that was cut and every shingle that was nailed was done in a highly professional manner. The roof is literally better than new. After raking the lawn could not come up with a single nail, the cleanup was that good. The roof itself was quoted at $5100 plus the additional plywood as needed. Another firm quoted a price including all needed plywood that was at least $500 more and did not include the finish coat of paint on the windows. The total cost was $9500 but that included an extensive amount of carpentry work (both roof plywood and window framing) at what I considered a reasonable price. An added bonus is we have enclosed gutters. The old roof the rain would bounce off the top of the gutters and could be very noisy at times, the new roof is very quiet. Roof color matches the paint scheme for the house and the installation was first rate. Price, quality, timeliness, could not have been better. Would definitely use this company again and would be happy to tell my neighbors. Two other quotes we received were higher as noted above and one couldn't supply the exact shingle color we wanted."

"Presidential Exteriors is a great company to do a roof replacement with! We had our roof replaced in early February 2021 and we couldn’t be happier. The whole team was amazing to work with. Nate worked closely with us every step of the way to make sure we were happy and getting the best product and prices possible. He really made us feel like family. Elena was great at communicating every step of the process. The day of installation team was amazing. They dropped off the equipment one day before the project even though it had snowed the night before. The morning they came to do the roof, we still had ice on the roof, but instead of delaying the project, they scraped all of the ice off our roof and still got the whole roof done in one day! Our new roof is great and we couldn’t be happier. We very highly recommend Presidential Exteriors for any roof inspection and roof replacement. We will absolutely be keeping them on our list for any future projects with our house."

"Unicorp provides excellent products & services. Their prices are well worth the high quality products & very friendly & professional installers. We have used Unicorp for a new front- door assembly, roofing & siding. I would recommend Unicorp to everyone, including my family & friends."

"Fairly competitive pricing for full replacement with new gutters. Had to have them come back several times to replace the the flashing (tin cutters got out of control when installing gutters leaving numerous visible gashes) and repairing rolls on the underlayment which gave the roof waves. Was told ?I get what I pay for? by the foreman when asking them to repair the deficiencies. Finally was resolved after continually calling. Likely wouldn?t hire again given the run around. Fairly good work otherwise."

"Great experience, Rose Roofing completed inspections and worked with insurance to get replacement approved."

"We decided to replace our roof this winter, and Kris stayed in contact the entire time keeping us informed about upcoming weather and his recommendations. When the time came to replace our roof, his team was on time, on schedule and delivered a fantastic, finished product. Kris explained the different options for our roof without any pressure, allowing us to pick what we felt was right for us and our budget. We would 100% recommend and use Kris and Anchor Remodeling again."

"We hired Metro Renovators to replace our roof shingles, and Raymond was incredibly patient and helpful as we chose the perfect roof palette. He even brought additional samples that closely matched our final selection. The crew did an outstanding job, and we’re thrilled with how beautiful our new roof looks. I highly recommend Metro Renovators Renovators."
