When my water heater failed, my mom recommended him. He was great on the phone and through text. The price was about $600 less than the other quote I received. So a man named Rick came and he was fantastic. Personable, knowledgeable and totally professional. I felt in good hands. He not only replaced the heater but did a couple of other necessary things but still stuck to the quote. Honestly, if you need a plumber anywhere near Metamora, call them.
