"We had to have heat and ac added to our attached apartment. Derek came out and sized what we needed and they installed mini splits for us. Great work!"

"Zach Brown initially came to fix leaking water situation and then realized there was damage due to water seepage. After that damage is repaired, Zach will return to put plumbing back in order, including replacing faucets which had to be cut out to allow removal of granite countertop, reconnect water lines and possibly reinstall a new Reverse Osmosis system since the old one had to be removed. Can't say enough about Zach -- his professionalism, his explanation of what's being done and options for replacing/improving plumbing under kitchen sink, pipes, etc."

"This was an emergency service call. Main water supply pipe from street to our house had failed. They responded to call within 45 minutes, evaluated issue, gave us price, Within another half hour equipment showed up. Staff was friendly professional and efficient. "Angel was exceptional, professional, efficient, clean and responsive to every request, fixed numerous issues related to my toilets, noticed a flooring issue that we are now addressing and diagnosed a water heater issue that had been attributed falsely to a foundation issue saving us thousands. They are expensive compared to many but worth every penny we spent."

"Snaked main sewage drain and solved the water backup issue"

"

I called Kris U. in a panic because an unethical contractor had totally messed up our very expensive HVAC system, and the condensers had been sitting unconnected for 18 months! Called Sila, they had no idea what to do. Called Kris and he sent in Gregg H. to reconnect everything, drain the condensers and recharge them again. He did a great job and it turned out we did not have to buy new condensers -- hooray!

I highly recommend this company, since no one else was willing or had the inclination to tackle this.
