"I had a fantastic experience with Ehrlich Southeast. Their customer service was excellent, from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the service. Their technicians were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, and they ensured my property was pest-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of pest control services."

"The only negative issue is that this company had booked 22 JOBS on that day. When he didn’t show in the 2 hour time frame I had to call. He came right away. Seems very knowledgeable and added extra protection against carpenter bees."

"It is still in progress, but so far things are going well. Very good communication and good customer service."

"Young man starting his business, professional and courteous, on the ball, prompt and thorough. He will be taking care of all our pest issues going forward."

"They were pretty much good getting all the mosquitoes and everything that I needed to get out of the way they did a good excellent job I would recommend them again."

"I had problems setting up appointments.  I would set a date and time and no one would show up.  I called multiple times in the past 2 months and left voicemails and sent messages but never got a response even when I called because I heard activity in the attic or had a mouse in my house.  I feel that the 6 month warranty was not held and the problem persisted because the mice are still getting in.  I have had to take care of the problem on my own instead, sealing up the entry ways and trapping and disposing of the mice.

"Tree Tech came over to provide an estimate and was very responsive to what we were looking for. Their price was good in comparison to other providers. On the day, they arrived and performed the work. I change my mind on a few bushes we decided to keep and was able to contact the site manager and change the scope easily."
