"Before I called to set up appointment, I read all the reviews and was very impressed. The appointment was scheduled for 8:00 AM and Mark arrived right on time. I was very impressed when he inquired whether it would be alright to leave the door ajar as he'd seen my cat scurry away when he arrived. He pretreated areas which were especially soiled and was done in about 45 minutes, and the chair looked very good. As it dried that afternoon, I noticed some soil marks which had not come out. I called him, he apologized & asked that I wait until the entire chair was thoroughly dry, then he would touch up all areas at once. I called yesterday morning, he was back at 1:45, exactly the time he'd given me. He recleaned the entire chair and it looks brand new and I couldn't be more pleased! "Sania responded quickly to my email and we made an appointment via the phone for a time. Sania and an assistant came with their supplies ready to clean. I had purchased a "big deal" for 3 hours of cleaning. Basically for the entire  time they were here the vacuum never stopped running. They were like cleaning tornadoes. Everything looks great, especially the bathroom. It looks GREAT, hasn't looked this great in years. Also, even though my time was up Sania stayed longer to finish.
