"someone posted a earlier review in my name, it was not me, saying i gave them a deposit and never heard from them for the installation, so I called them and Fran got back to me about the problem. whoever wrote that review in my name are not being honest I got upset because I did not hear from them after giving my deposit so i called and Fran the salesman got back to me and explained that the girl never gave him my message. I want to be perfectly clear, I did not write that previous review, Fran was more than helpful to me ,spent a long time at my home telling me all about their system and doing a water test. Fran went out of his way to help me and then to apologize for the girl not giving him my message, I have no problem with Fran or D& E pump.
