"I had a very serious issue after using this cleaning company. After a cleaning at my home, I discovered unauthorized use of my credit card and reported it to law enforcement. I was later told police had video of the cleaner using my card. The cleaner who came to my home, Ashley Crisswell, was later listed in the Brevard County inmate search with charges dated February 11, 2026, including fraud-related and credit-card-related offenses. Public booking records also show prior felony bookings. My experience with the owner, Joseph Harrington, was also very frustrating. In my view, he delayed, avoided resolving the issue, and did not handle my complaint appropriately. Based on my experience, I would not trust this company in my home."
