"At first I was skeptical with all of the new ideas Charles had in mind for the kitchen and as we moved forward he would suggest some new things to add which felt like he was trying to upsell me. However, I soon realized that he was just trying to give me his vision for the perfect kitchen and I decided to take his suggestions. Was I ever glad I listened to Charles. The kitchen looks like it came straight from a magazine down to the smallest details. He is very skilled with carpentry so even when I changed my mind at certain points during the project and wanted to move or add something, he was able to meet my requests with the material we already had on hand instead of running out and buying more stuff. He came by at least 3 separate times for little things we missed and even when my granite guys knocked something loose, Charles was there to fix it.
