Wood on the patio fencing was a little rough, not sanded or anything, and there was a gap under the front door that wasn't present on the old door. I fixed that on my own with a rubber door skirt from the hardware store. For the price paid I am satisfied. No major issues, friendly, on time, and cleanup was good."
