"Mike Bearden arrived and I explained the situation to him. He got right to work and did a thorough inspection. He checked the ceilings for stains and went in the attic to inspect the roof decking for signs of water intrusion. he then wen on the roof and checked the shingles, ridge vents, pipe collars, and the skylight. Thankfully, my roof was in good shape with about 10 years of life left and he only did some minor, regular maintenance. I also received a report of the work done and roof's condition. I am very happy with the service I received. I would definitely use Over the Top Roofing for future needs!"

"After huge storm came through the area about a month ago, the next day I noticed a water stain on my kitchen's ceiling. I reached out to another roofing company and it took them two weeks to respond. I missed the call and attempted to call them back. Once again, they did not pick up or return my phone call. I decided to move on and I asked for recommendations on my Next Door app. Multiple people suggested Brighter Side Roofing. I called and not only did the receptionist pick up the phone, but she was able to schedule someone to come out a few days later. Antonio came out and assessed my roof. He found that roof was not damaged, but was able to find the source of the water damage. There is a pipe that is attached to the roof and it came loose, allowing water to tickle down and drip onto the ceiling of my kitchen. He did not hesitate to volunteer himself to fix it and he did not charge me for it. I would recommend this company a thousand times over. Their attentiveness and customer service is nothing short of the Chick-fil-A standard."

"Everything went smoothly from scheduling to installation on both brand new roofs for acquired rental properties.They replied promptly to my inquiry, came to the home on time and gave me a reasonable quote. Their pricing was more reasonable for architectural shingles than the other 3 companies I got quotes from. Completed the job on time, good communicators. Additional wood rot repairs of some damage to soffits was also repaired at the two homes. A year later there was some hail damage to one of the roofs, and they came the same day I called to help me get the small repair taken care of. This is a family run/owned business that is very professional. As I expand my rental home portfolio in the coming years in Columbia, I will be calling these guys again if I purchase a rental home that needs a new roof or repairs."
