"After receiving and being charged for an incorrect diagnosis on our washer, I found AJ Appliance Repair. I'm so glad I did. AJ diagnosed our problem within 5 minutes, offered a solution including total cost and promised fix within a week. Recognizing that we are a Senior couple on fixed income, AJ worked with us to get a decent part's price and with the service and installation payment. Most importantly, though, is their customer service, a quantity that is short in supply these days. Throughout this entire process Erica and AJ phoned me with updates and information. On a day he had promised an early call AJ was busy with repairs. Erica reached out to me to give me an update, ensuring I would soon hear from AJ. This kind of service is rare and far between businesses.. On day of repair, AJ had our washer fixed and running in under 30 minutes time. "getting started was a little slow. we were in The San Diego area buying a house here in Las Cruces. It took 2 phone calls to get things moving, after that i was happy with the service, installation, and prices. The tile we wanted was to match some they put down several years earlier i the living room. We had a narrow install window, but we had a lot of lead time, they took advantage of that and pre ordered the tile, and set up for the job. took out carpet on day one, laid tile on day 2 finished on day 3. great job. very nice, exactly what we wanted."
