I am amazed at how well he built a wall on an existing wall of a loft and closed it in to make another bedroom. "The lawn clean-up went well, he talked me out of removing the pool and deck. I bought fencing supplies and hard ware to replace privacy fencing. After the fence was done decided not to have the wall repaired at this time. I paid $3000 down another $5000 once the cleanup was underway when finished I was suppose to pay an additional $7000 but accidentally wrote it for $8000 the contractor did not correct me or say anything. I don't feel that the services provided were worth the money paid"

"I hired Metroplex Pro Builders based off of Angi List. BIG MISTAKE! They are cons. They have no clue what they are doing. They so-call "sub" everything out to people they have never worked with, people that have no skills and with absolutely NO SUPERVISION. They destroyed my personal property. I was given no drawing or plans. They demanded more money even when tasks were not completed, done incorrectly, and an overall mess! Finally, I had to hire a board-certified construction attorney. With no luck of getting my project completed or getting any money back, I filed in Tarrant County JP3 Small Claims Court. March 23, 2026, a default Judgment was awarded to me. I want everyone to know; these people are scammers who threaten homeowners and need to be put out of business! The absolute worst experience of my life and I will never trust Angi List."
