With the rapid increase in tick populations, combined with the exponential growth of Lyme disease within the tick populations, Tick Control was a natural addition to the service offering. During the early days, we hired an expert entomologist, whose life's work was backyard mosquito control in North America. Their apartment was overrun with roaches, after they moved out the Landlord started renovation of that unit. I started seeing roaches, 2-3 a day. I had protex come out and treat my unit. I was so impressed with the service, knowledgeable exterminator so polite and nice. Well a WEEK Later, I hadn't seen one dead roach. I saw frequently roaches, so I called Protex., they need to do something. I got a friendly receptionist who told me " I had German Roaches, an infestation, NO GUARANTEE" 89.95 to come BACK OUT, and she turned RUDE TELLING ME TGAT I HAD A ROACH INFESTATION. The exterminator saw "2" roaches on initial visit, that doesn't suggest an infestation. The audacity of this company to demand (1 week) later after not seeing even a dead roach repayment for another try....."
