"I just used A & R and they were wonderful. Mr. Russell, the owner, came right out and fixed my refrigerator on the spot. I couldn’t be more pleased. I felt like he was very honest and trustworthy, and his price was reasonable. If you call, make sure to call the correct company-there is another one out there by the same name who is twice as expensive The one I used is A & R Appliance Reoair, Inc. (504)348-1345 or (504)887-5615. I’m very satisfied and I will be referring all my family and friends here from now on! A+ experience all the way around."

"Dante was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and professional. I️ would highly recommend to anyone needing appliance repair."

"Our AC went out on 7/28 late in the evening. We were struggling to find a company that had availability to come out right away, or to even get a call back from other companies. I posted on Nextdoor asking if anyone in my area had recommendations for a company, and the owner commented on my post leaving his phone number. We called and he said he could come out that night - he came out at 9:30 at night (within ten minutes of us speaking to him on the phone). He was able to diagnose the issue, and had the AC working again within less than half-an-hour. He wasn't going to be able to get the needed part until the next morning, but he got our unit working in the meantime, and the next day sent a text exactly when he said he was going to, and showed up when he said he would, and got the work done timely. He was incredibly pleasant, and kind. Pricing for an emergency service was also much more affordable than other companies we spoke to. Thanks for the responsiveness and wonderful work!"

"Although he could not repair the gasket because he could not guarantee the replacement wold be any better he gave me good advice about my other appliances He was a very nice man"

"I called late on a Friday afternoon after my air went out. They came after hours, installed the new unit, and took the old one for evaluation & possible repair. A year later I called them back for another ac problem (different unit), and they came same day. Whereas another contractor told me to junk the unit, Greg replaced a small part & all was well. While with me the second trip, I mentioned several other small jobs, and they got right on them! The vent hood took a trip into the attic and up onto the roof, but they figured out the problem and solved it. This hood was damaged during Katrina (12 years ago) & Ive had several companies out to look/repair and nobody was able to diagnose problem. Now I have my hood back! Repaired two ceiling fans that I'd been told to junk, repaired a pendant light wired incorrectly by another contractor, and even replaced some light bulbs in my 12-foot ceiling-ed rooms! Excellent service, very fair pricing, good responsiveness, and just all-around nicefolks. I HIGHLY recommend!"
