"This job was a substantial undertaking as every window and all siding was to be replaced. Mr. Tommy was both friendly and professional from our initial meeting through job completion. His window and siding crews reflect the same demeanor and work ethic. I have uploaded during and after pics. The owners we purchased the home from had covered a front window. Mr. Tommy’s crew successfully added it back in. The siding is a light gray, and the picture does not do justice to the transformation. The new windows and siding brought new life to the old home. Mr. Kris was helpful in that he offered advice on siding placement, but he always allowed me make my final decisions. We are thoroughly pleased with the products used on the house as well as the people who worked with us. We highly recommend Tommy’s Windows."

"The job was a complete siding removal and replacement on a two story home. Everything was well planned, weather conditions monitored and non-stop work from start to finish by a very experienced and proficient and professional crew. Very pleased with the outcome of the job and highly recommend them."

"They showed up on time, did their jobs promptly, worked hard and did fine work. I used them twice and would do so again. Soffit and fascia replaced. Broken siding repaired or replaced. Roof rot fixed and house pressure washed. My home looks better than it has in years."

"It went absolutely great for they had to remove the damage roof m, replace some damage plywood, they added some additional things that weren't there before which made a huge improvement. They pick up and removed all the trash and leftover materials. They did a complete walk around to be sure all trash etc were pickup. Very professional and would definitely use them again in the future if needed."

"We’ve custom-built and remodeled homes on five occasions and from that perspective I give SES a solid thumbs up. They recently completed a kitchen renovation on our apartment and we are very happy with the outcome and the price paid. Perry’s estimate was detailed and specific and allowed us to complete the project as scoped for the price quoted — a first for us. The project progressed at an acceptable pace and SES coordinated well with the subs we selected ourselves for cabinets and countertops. As is the case with all builders, there were a few glitches and some of their crew were more skilled than others. Their demo crew, cabinet installer and tile guy were first-rate, their paint guys OK and their floor guy and cleaners not very good. SES addressed concerns related to the latter two with redos and fee reductions, respectively. They inadvertently disposed of $300 worth of cabinet lighting they were supposed to reuse, but they immediately agreed to replace it at their expense. Similarly, I had asked them repeatedly to provide me with copies of receipts for parking so I could get these reimbursed by the insurance company (the project was necessitated by water damage caused by our upstairs neighbor) but they neglected to do so and as a result offered to not charge us for parking (which HAD been included as a line item in their bid). Owner Shawn was very personable and responsive, and office manager Ashley was a pleasure to deal with, keeping things moving along and ensuring punch list items and other requests were addressed in a timely fashion. Communication generally was excellent. There were no times when anyone became difficult to work with, another first for us. I would gladly use SES again and I recommend them without reservation."

"t was okay. The guy came out and I had some issues or leaks. He got up there and fixed it. Fixed a vinyl that a little loose also."

"I give Trever an A+ rating for multiple reasons. His work is excellent. He is honest and his prices are very good. He is a professional and will advise when he knows a better, as sometimes less expensive way, of completing a job. Additionally, he does not waste time which means you get maximum return for what you pay him. TMJ Construction is now my first choice when I need to have repairs done. Finally, Trever is just a nice guy."

"I highly recommend Mr Charles! He was on time and very professional job done! Will hire again"
