"Talbert Construction thoroughly repaired a roof leak that existed since the house was built. The builder and another roofing company each came to repair the leak to no avail. Talbert completely tore back that area of the roof and replaced it. They were fast, efficient and thorough. Worth every penny. We have since had them back to replace our roof after hail damage. Cleaning up every afternoon when they were done for the day. I do not mean they picked up their tools and out them out of the way, which they did but they but they vacuumed as well. They were aware that I had cats and made sure that doors were closed and any area where they might get loose or hurt was not available to them. That I really appreciated that. "Bathroom remodel consisted of removing existing fiberglass shower, bathtub, double vanity, existing flooring, mirror and lighting.   Two individual custom vanities were installed along with a cabinet for over the toilet.   Wall was added to accommodate customer shower with two shower heads.   Shower was tiled floor to ceiling and highlighted with glass tile accents and insets.   Shower floor was rock tiles.    New bathroom tile floor was put in.   Vanities were fitted with granite counter tops.   New lighting was installed in shower, above both vanities and small chandelier in middle of bathroom.    The bathroom door from the master bedroom was replaced with a barn door.    Finished product was outstanding and exceeded our expectations for both the bathroom and the kitchen.  Our contractor, Andy Perez, was a delight to work with.   He accommodated our every request for change and upgrade and was committed to delivering exactly what we wanted done to the highest standard.   He was on-site very regularly and stressed that we work everything through him and not the subs.   My wife and I would give him the highest recommendation and would not hesitate to use him in the future.    Truly a consummate professional in every sense of the word and very trustworthy with utmost integrity. <br />"

"B R Construction Services completely remolded our 2 bathrooms and kitchen this summer. . This was our first remodel and we really didn't know what to expect. Bryant walked us through the entire process and gave us lots of recommendations of styles and colors.   It all goes together wonderfully and we Love our new home. The entire crew were all very professional and we felt completely comfortable with them in our home. Our only regret was not doing it sooner. Now we are planning to have them replace all of our windows next year."

"Mr. Bennett built a false wall in our entryway to support the ceiling while he removed about 8 feet of the front exterior wall of our house; replaced the framing leaving an opening for the new door and sidelights; installed the door; and hired an electrician to rewire the light switches and a brick mason to do the necessary brick work to move the edge of the brick veneer to match the new door.  Mr. Bennett also repaired some water damage that had occurred over the past 30 years.  He did all the sheet rock work, texturing, and painting required to blend the new work into the existing interior finish.  He also replaced a small section of parquet flooring which had also been damaged by water (I supplied the parquet which was left from the original floor installation). <br /> Mr. Bennett works with one helper, and was here during all phases of the work.  He was very courteous and provided good, knowledgeable answers to all of our questions.  He was flexible and asked for our input on everything that involved the aesthetics of the project.  He stayed with quoted price in spite of a few minor wrinkles as the work went along. <br /> If I need remodeling work done in the future, Mr. Bennett will be the first on my list to call. <br />"

"Office staff was professional and called a couple of times to let me know that though they were very busy, they would be there as soon as possible. Also called to check on the location of the tree and to give an update on removal. They came out several days before the removal to look at it and to be sure that we agreed that it was the correct tree. On the day of removal they checked again and removed it quickly and cleaned up well. Duncan runs a great business. He is easy to talk to and he has a great crew."
