"The primary job performed by Tekton was a roofing job, along with some other extraneous repairs and carpentry. This was an insurance settlement from the hail storms here in Missouri in May 2011. It took Tekton a while to get around to our job since the storm damage was so wide spread around the area, but quite a bit of the time between the storm and the completion of the work (May to October) was due to the insurance company. When he came out to inspect the roof, he put on a couple of quick temporary repairs to keep the roof from leaking before he ever got the job. <br /> <br /> The work performed was outstanding and very professional. The entire roofing job was completed in just over a week, in spite of the weather (at least one morning he had to wait to get on the roof due to frost). In addition to the roof exterior, there was some internal damage to a roofing truss and this was repaired very nicely as well. Also, a screen door and door jam was damaged by wind and Tekton repaired this by removing the lower 18" of the jam and replacing it, blending it in with the remaining jam (this was a tricky repair to make look nice and he did a beautiful job). Other repairs included vinyl siding and gutters. <br /> <br /> This was the second time Tekton had worked for us. He installed a wood stove for us and did a good job on that - of course that is why I contacted Tekton about my roof. <br /> <br /> He is great to work with: He comes early and just works all day, and he GETS THE JOB DONE! In other words it doesn't just drag out for ever. We hardly knew he was there unless we went out to speak with him. He cleans up before he leaves, and was good about communicating with us (letting us know when he would be here, when he would be back, etc.). The quality of the work was very good - as good as any we have had done. We are very pleased."

I know, "you get what you pay for" but there are lots of things to fix in this house so I have to stretch the budget. They responded immediately to my request for bid, had someone out right away for the estimate, and kept following up until we were able to agree on a date. They convinced me the quality of paint they selected was just fine, and it was. They did everything as agreed, and it turned out great. "Jim examined areas we wanted fixed, gave us a fair price and timeline to do the job......Once he got into the work, found out was going to be much more than we both realized, ended up having all water lines replaced, and wall between, kitchen and bathroom totally replaced, front bathroom vanity wall and vanity replaced. Had to take all the kitchen cabinets out, and replace walls due to all the water leaks and mold.... As we went along he was sure to discuss what he found and what would take to repair or replace. New work orders were agreed upon before any work was done. Had a small slow down, due to rain, and then he had a health problem, that could not be helped, but he made sure the work that could be done was, till he got back on his feet.....All in all work was done in an appropriate time according to all the work that had to be completed...He went above and beyond what needed to be accomplished, and even did a few extra things that were very appreciated....."

"Gary Naugle Construction did a first rate job from start to finish. One of the partners, David B., was the person who did the estimate. Then, when it came time to do the job, David came the day before the work was to be started and put up plywood sheeting to protect my gutters and shrubs. And the owner, Gary Naugle, also came a day or two before the work was to be done to make sure everything was in order. <br /> David or one of the other partners was on-site pretty much the whole time the work was being done and he came the day after the work was completed to fix a couple of minor things (a capmaster that he had identified the day before as being loose and a shingle I noticed was broken). Gary Naugle also came by the day after the work was done to make sure everything was done properly. <br /> The roofers themselves were efficient and very professional and they appear to have done an excellent job. <br /> All in all, Gary Naugle Construction met and even exceeded my very high expectations for this this job. I am extremely pleased with the work they did and I will definitely use them again for other work. Highly recommended! <br /> <br /> <br />"
