"Hi Hired Vleyz Maintenance (Samuel) to replace my toilet. Although the price agreement was to replace the toilet and take the old toilet with them. The toilet was left in the condominium. Security called me and I was charged $50. I asked Samuel to reimburse me but no answer. Also, Samuel needed a larger water connector and I was charged $50 for something that does not cost more that $9 - $12."

"Tenants in our building got a quote from a plumber to do some work. I called Empire Plumbing to get a second opinion, they had never heard of this process. They came out to access the situation, they used a camera and mapped out our plumbing lines. After diagnosing the issue, they did the work for less than 1/2 what was quoted by the other company.
