"From beginning to end, Arion was great to work with! We can highly recommend them. Marlon came to do the estimate and was personable and answered all of my questions; he was also very quick to respond to my follow up emails, and he confirmed the installation day with me the day beforehand, which I appreciated. When the crew came on installation day, they were very professional and, other than the fact we now have gutters, you would never know they had been here. They installed the gutters and rain chain in a couple of hours and it all looks fantastic (see photos)! We chose a gutter color that blends with the color of our fascia, so you hardly notice them. Two days after the installation it started pouring rain, so we had a chance to see the gutters "in action". Verdict: they make a HUGE difference! We no longer have water pouring off the roof and pooling on the clay tiles in front of our front door. And it's the same thing at the back of the house -- previously when it rained the water would gush off our clay tile roof and splash off our pool deck up into the tracks of our sliding glass doors. But now with the gutters installed, the tracks were completely dry. This was money well spent!"

Before Erich left, I received a written estimate containing a drawing of what we had discussed and a date for the job was set. The evening before the gutter installation, we had a brief phone conversation and agreed on an approximate time for the job; their arrival was in the window of time promised.
