"I requested an estimate from two gutter companies. Guttermaster beat the other estimate by about $30 so I went with them. I signed the estimate and returned it back to Guttermaster and then nothing. After about a week and a half, I tried calling after I got off of work and I could not get an answer. I left a message that if I did not hear back from them within 48 hours, I was going with someone else. Of course, I'm contacted after the deadline but unfortunately, I hadn't contacted the other company yet. I was told that I was contacted because due to the rain, they were behind and was going to contact me when they had a good estimated date. When I responded they could have a least let me know they received the signed estimate she repeated the rain problem. The conversation concluded after I was ensured I would be contacted when they had a firm date. About 10 days later, I saw security camera video of two guys eyeballing my car in the driveway. They then proceeded to the front door, rang the door bell, came back to the car then went around towards the back of the house. I didn't figure out until the next day when I noticed the gutter wasn't hanging by the kitchen window that my mysterious visitors were from Guttermaster. No call prior to arrival; No invoice was left however about a week later, I did receive an invoice in the mail Other than that, looks like Guttermaster did a pretty good job."
