"Atlantic gutters was so great and easy to work with. Carlos came and gave us a thorough explanation and estimate of our gutter repairs. He even offered to make the fixes on the spot! I will definitely be using them in the future. They are a great company and I highly recommend them."

"These guys did an amazing job with my gutters! They were polite and checked in with me when it was most appropriate for them to do so. I actually had no idea that they do other types of construction around the house too. So I’m genuinely looking forward to working with them again for future projects."

"Super happy with their response time, work done and price charged! Wish I could give them 10 stars! The other company tried to sell me on a new gutter system and all I needed was for a few repairs in some places, not the entire gutter system.. will not hesitate to hire or refer them again"

"The service from Green Monster Gutters was excellent. Had several discussions with Paulo to discuss the project and costs before beginning. Paulo is very knowledgeable and explained all the options and impact to installation time and costs in a very transparent fashion. The weather was not cooperative but Paulo and his team were flexible and adapted the schedule to finish the project. I could not be happier with the new gutter system as well as repairs they had done to replace worn fascia boards and cover exposed rafter tails with PVC material that will last forever. After completion, Paulo gave a demo of the work, including a drone flyover with a live camera to view the tops of the gutters and gutter guards- it was really cool! Green Monster Gutters does exceptional craftwork. I would hire again and would recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of work done."

"This has to be the best contractor I have ever worked with. Professional. Thorough. Neat. Available. Impeccable results.
I contacted Lopco in mid-June and had a couple of visits with Mike (VP of Sales). Mike took lots of pictures. He followed up with an estimate a few days later, and came out for a second visit to wrap things up. One third of the total payment was taken. Mike supplied me with his cell number, and when I had questions about a starting date he immediately connected me with Tom (president and owner).
Tom was always available by cell phone. I texted him several times and he always got back to me. Tom stopped by several times and even rang the doorbell just to talk and ask me how I thought things were going. The job was done in three phases; power washing, repair and prep work, and staining. Just as I was told, workers would return every day to complete each phase before moving on to their next job.
The prep work was excellent. Workers sanded, sealed minor cracks, replaced damaged clapboard and shingles, and repaired a window with heavy water damage. They replaced a wooden panel below a deck door with a composite material to prevent further damage. They removed an ant nest and even called a pest control company on my behalf.
Second payment was done at the end of the repair work, and the last payment was taken at job completion. The workers that stained the house were particular to the end. They covered bushes, decks, and the driveway. There wasn't a drop or spill anywhere to be found. Paul (production manager) asked me to approve colors after small samples were applied. As it turned out the trim color was a bit too light, so they immediately changed it for a darker color after getting my approval.
All the workers were approachable and easy to talk to. They showed up on time every day, and completely cleaned up each evening. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lopco to anyone, and I would definitely use them again myself.

"Milligan Contruction, LLC was great from the start to finish. Hugo got in touch with me via cell and text. He was a wonderful communicator. He arrived on time with his son, which was great to see a family business at work. There's nothing better than a father and son team operating efficiently. Hugo diagnosed and identified the leak in my roof. He went forward and fixed the problem within minutes of recognizing the problem. He was a complete professional and finished the small repair job before I came out to check on the issue. I definitely recommend Hugo to anyone with a roof issue. He is punctual, honest, and kind. If I had another roof situation, I would definitely work with him again."

"Adil called 5 minutes after I submitted a request a quote for gutters and guards installed on my house. He came out the next day to go over the work and provide a written quote. I also was given 2 other contacts and only one other provided me a quote that was the same price. I decided to pick Anchor Gutter as he seemed easy to work with. I'm glad I selected this company as he was flexible with a change I made after the quote and did a great job. I would definitely recommend Anchor Gutters."

"The work was performed to our satisfaction. We encountered a minor problem. A porch gutter was  bent during the installation. When brought to Ken"s attention it was corrected immediately and a new gutter was installed. An area of concern, was that after they started  the job, we were informed that the roof deck had to be covered over with plywood. This increased the cost of the installation by $3500. The initial quote was for $11200, hence a total cost of $14700. The reason this was a concern, was due to the fact that the house next door, which is the same construction and built at the same time as ours, had been reroofed three weeks prior to ours. They did not require a plywood install. I don't know if this was needed or not and probably will never know. The reason I question the need, is due to the fact that Ken Luther had installed the prior roof thirty something years ago, without the plywood, and we never had a problem. In fact, we did not replace the shingles  because we had a problem, but due to the age of the roof, we felt replacement was the prudent thing to do. I mention this so that others will be aware of the possibility and I feel this needs to be a discussion prior to signing.

"Awesome company all around. We needed a quick gutter cleaning and we called Hector Power cleaning. They called us back promptly, came quickly, got the job done properly and fast and were punctual, very respectful & professional. They rang the bell before and after doing the job. They introduced themselves & explained how how the job went afterwards. Price was great. Wish everybody was this easy to hire. In and out no hassle. Will definitely hire again."

"Dave provides the best service while explaining what extra needed to be done w our aging gutters. He also helped install our rain water collection barrels to fill with water from our gutters! We recommend him for any and all gutter work and rain water irrigation!"
