I signed a contract and next thing I know the roof was installed and passed inspection. He even cleaned the leaves out of my gutters! His crew was friendly and cleaned up each day. "I think it went okay. I had never had my rain gutter looked at before so what I was surprised about when they came was the deal I bought was really just to kind of do an assessment and do repair to the gutters but I actually needed to have them cleaned and that was another couple of hundred dollars. I was surprised by that only not because of them I'm sure but I didn't know what I might need. In buying gutters and thinking they are okay except when I'm seeing some leaks. So I thought that but then it turned out they were actually clogged and needed cleaning so if not clear that someone who is not experienced, you're going to need to buy more. But that was fine, I was just kind of saying that I didn't know. It had been raining and they cancelled a couple of times the appointment before they were able to show up so I wasn't really crazy about that part of that. But once they got here, they did the work and it was fine. I think they had to charge me another $250. I think the quality is one of those things you don't know because you're not up there looking at it. Once the guy got there and told me what was going on, it was fine. It was getting them there that was the problem. I wouldn't rule them out but I would go shopping."
