Marlon came to do the estimate and was personable and answered all of my questions; he was also very quick to respond to my follow up emails, and he confirmed the installation day with me the day beforehand, which I appreciated. Erich was prompt to the appointment and was a good communicator: he understood what I envisioned for the job, explained the available choices to better serve the needs of my property including to protect my backyard. Before Erich left, I received a written estimate containing a drawing of what we had discussed and a date for the job was set. The evening before the gutter installation, we had a brief phone conversation and agreed on an approximate time for the job; their arrival was in the window of time promised.
