"John and his brother and nephew did a full rebuild of our box gutters, replacing the gutter with new copper and fixing a large amount of rotted wood. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish - great communication of the process and extremely conscientious during the work and in cleaning up."

"The new gutters look great! Everything went super smooth"

"I hired this company for my project, and they did a fantastic job. The team was very organized, careful, and kept everything clean throughout the entire process. Their punctuality and responsibility truly stood out from the beginning to the end. They completed the work the same day, which exceeded my expectations. I was very impressed with the quality of their work and their professionalism. I will not hesitate to hire them again for future projects. I am also sharing some photos of the completed project so others can see the excellent results and quality of their workmanship. This company is excellent, and I highly recommend them 100% to anyone looking for a roof or siding replacement, or any type of repairs. If you are searching for a reliable and professional contractor, this is the company you are looking for."

"I thought I had to replace all my gutters and they informed me most off my gutters where good and they sealed and installed leaf guard on those gutters saving us a lot of money."

"B. Guyaux Jr. Roofing is one of a very few contractors whom I would label as excellent.  First and very important, he does NOT subcontract any work. He has his own employees, equipment and expertise.  They are a great team which work well together.  They replaced a roof last year on the street where I live so I got to see their work. I asked Mr. Guyaux Jr. to in inspect my roof which he did for free.  He shocked me when he said I could get another year, maybe two, with my current roof.  We discussed the gutters and downspouts.  I was impressed with his straight forward honest approach.  When 2013 arrived we decided to get the roof, gutters and downspouts replaced.  We also wanted the wood trim on the house replaced with a no maintenance material.  We asked Mr. Guyaux Jr. for a proposal and also requested a quote from the contractor who did my neighbor's roof about two years ago.  Both contractor were rated A+ on the BBB site and both provided a small proposal package complete with a detailed proposal, insurance info, material description and warranty information.  Mr. Guyaux Jr. provided the lower price.  We signed his proposal.  Work began in mid September as we had requested.  They would start sharply at 7am and finish at 3pm with cleanup each day.  Their cleanup was outstanding!  They completed the entire project in 2 1/2 days.  The quality of their workmanship was excellent.  The only thing they needed from me was an electrical outlet.  They were totally self sufficient. Mr Guyaux Jr. worked with us and offered a number of good suggestions.  He was there everyday working with his team.  When the job was complete there was a major improvement in the appearance of my house.  Quality materials and workmanship made the difference.  We are so happy we chose B. Guyaux Jr. Roofing for this project.  They exceeded our expectations, which were high, and preformed at a high level.  We highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a new roof or needs roof repairs.  These guys are the best and provide a true value.

"I called them in May 2013 to have my gutter cleaned. They did it with a reasonable price, which was good. This year (2014) I called them again in late March to schedule the gutter cleaning. They returned my call, asking me to provide my home address, which I did. However they didn't not come to do the job until now. I called them twice last week to confirm if they are still going to do the job for me. They never returned my call since. Not sure what happened.

"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

"Sales professional was great! Installers did a great job as well! I live in a wooded area, so cleaning gutters is a must 2X a year. The roof is high and angled making self cleaning hazardous. I felt the investment was well worth it for peace of mind 120 total sq ft gutter filter added"

"He came out completed the repairs, and we have had any issues since then. He said the gutters needed cleaning as well, so we had him do that for an additional charge."

"The roof looks fine but pretty much everything the folks at Exceptional will tell you will be a lie. I wished I would have used a different contractor. The only reason I'm not more upset is because I had another roofer inspect the work today and he stated the work was acceptable. I was contacted promptly after my initial inquiry, was paid a visit quickly, and received an estimate by Roman(one of the owners). A couple of months and several higher estimates later I decided to use Exceptional Exteriors. You get what you pay for. I was told my roof would take a day or two, it took 3. I was told there would be 5 guys working on the roof and they'd be done quickly. There was 3 the first day and 2 the second and they had to come back to finish the third day because they ran out of material. I was told I wouldn't have to pay anything until the work was complete and I was satisfied with the job they did. Roman came by promptly on day 2 to collect the money before the roof or cleanup was complete. I was told the workers would thoroughly clean up and use a magnetic roller to clean up the nails. That didn't happen either. I came home from work after the dumpster was removed on day 3 and picked up 16 nails from my driveway, and at least 40 nails from my back patio. I had a wasps nest removed from my soffit and fascia 3 weeks ago, and was told by the bee guy that there were tons of nails in my gutters. I called Roman and let him know and he stated he would send a crew out to clean the gutters the following Monday. That never happened so I had to clean the gutters myself. I pulled well over 100 nails from my gutters. He said the roof came with a warranty as did the shingles and it would come in the mail a couple of weeks after the roof was complete. I had to call and text Roman for two months and hear several excuses about why it hadn't been sent until I finally received the warranty. I believe had I never asked for the warranty that it would have never been sent. If you're interested in spending a ton of cash to clean up after the roofers, risk the tires on your vehicles from the nails left behind, and you don't mind being lied to, use Exceptional. If not, hire a different roofing contractor."
