"B. Guyaux Jr. Roofing is one of a very few contractors whom I would label as excellent.  First and very important, he does NOT subcontract any work. He has his own employees, equipment and expertise.  They are a great team which work well together.  They replaced a roof last year on the street where I live so I got to see their work. I asked Mr. Guyaux Jr. to in inspect my roof which he did for free.  He shocked me when he said I could get another year, maybe two, with my current roof.  We discussed the gutters and downspouts.  I was impressed with his straight forward honest approach.  When 2013 arrived we decided to get the roof, gutters and downspouts replaced.  We also wanted the wood trim on the house replaced with a no maintenance material.  We asked Mr. Guyaux Jr. for a proposal and also requested a quote from the contractor who did my neighbor's roof about two years ago.  Both contractor were rated A+ on the BBB site and both provided a small proposal package complete with a detailed proposal, insurance info, material description and warranty information.  Mr. Guyaux Jr. provided the lower price.  We signed his proposal.  Work began in mid September as we had requested.  They would start sharply at 7am and finish at 3pm with cleanup each day.  Their cleanup was outstanding!  They completed the entire project in 2 1/2 days.  The quality of their workmanship was excellent.  The only thing they needed from me was an electrical outlet.  They were totally self sufficient. Mr Guyaux Jr. worked with us and offered a number of good suggestions.  He was there everyday working with his team.  When the job was complete there was a major improvement in the appearance of my house.  Quality materials and workmanship made the difference.  We are so happy we chose B. Guyaux Jr. Roofing for this project.  They exceeded our expectations, which were high, and preformed at a high level.  We highly recommend them to anyone who is considering a new roof or needs roof repairs.  These guys are the best and provide a true value.

"I called them in May 2013 to have my gutter cleaned. They did it with a reasonable price, which was good. This year (2014) I called them again in late March to schedule the gutter cleaning. They returned my call, asking me to provide my home address, which I did. However they didn't not come to do the job until now. I called them twice last week to confirm if they are still going to do the job for me. They never returned my call since. Not sure what happened.

"These guys are not only pros—they are true gutter artisans. After a decidedly frustrating experience with previous roofers, who were at best sloppy but in any case showed no pride in work, working with Ryan Hankey and Always Perfect Contracting has been a breath of fresh air. The work was a challenging replacement of a decayed and rotting box gutter on a circa 1850s historic home on a steep hillside with 36 stairs. There was no way to save the box gutter. Ryan and his team of Jeff and Dino worked long days in high heat and humidity to get the job done in two days. Not only did they replace the gutter, they remediated some of the sloppiness perpetrated by previous roofers at no extra cost. I got three bids on this project, and although Always Perfect Contracting was not the cheapest, the level of craftsmanship more than warranted the price differential. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough—7 stars (out of 5)."

"The contractor completed all gutters in one day in the rain and til dusk without a break.. He really worked hard for his pay. Very polite. I supplied him with hot coffee. Got several inches of snow followed by a hard freeze in January. When it got above freezing water poured over the gutters and froze at night creating an ice problem at the front door. Will see how the gutters work in a hard rain in summer."

"Toth Roofing gave an estimate and did the work I specified.  They didn't
do anything extra or suggest anything extra.  Being a first time
homeowner and novice in home repair, I would have liked a little more
openness pertaining to gutter work.  I wasn't aware replacing gutters
did not also involve the downspouts, etc.  I was naive in not asking, my
fault.  But, it might have been nice to have a clearer explanation from
the beginning.  I paid a lot of money for just gutters and have
downspouts that look nasty compared to my new gutters.  However, he knew I had a budget and did the necessary repairs.  I would have his company do additional work without question.  
He did the work needed to repair my problem of a leaking gutter.  He was
professional and the work was very nice.  I would definitely have the
company do additional work on my home.  He also suggested a way to fix
the leaking and cracked gutter that seemed to fix the problem.  He was
honest and made an additional stop at my house to give my friend
assistance in digging a ditch that was needed for the repair (without
charge).
