"Atlantic gutters was so great and easy to work with. Carlos came and gave us a thorough explanation and estimate of our gutter repairs. He even offered to make the fixes on the spot! I will definitely be using them in the future. They are a great company and I highly recommend them."

"These guys did an amazing job with my gutters! They were polite and checked in with me when it was most appropriate for them to do so. I actually had no idea that they do other types of construction around the house too. So I’m genuinely looking forward to working with them again for future projects."

"My gutters were damaged as you can see from the pictures. The pro came in assed the work needed brought the supplies and finished the work in one day! Very impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the work needed. Price was fair and he worked with me. I would highly recommend!"

"The service from Green Monster Gutters was excellent. Had several discussions with Paulo to discuss the project and costs before beginning. Paulo is very knowledgeable and explained all the options and impact to installation time and costs in a very transparent fashion. The weather was not cooperative but Paulo and his team were flexible and adapted the schedule to finish the project. I could not be happier with the new gutter system as well as repairs they had done to replace worn fascia boards and cover exposed rafter tails with PVC material that will last forever. After completion, Paulo gave a demo of the work, including a drone flyover with a live camera to view the tops of the gutters and gutter guards- it was really cool! Green Monster Gutters does exceptional craftwork. I would hire again and would recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of work done."

"We originally contacted several painters, and got several estimates.  LOPCO's was among the lowest, and we were impressed with the references and the portfolio book and his attitude.  Once we decided upon using them, we were put in contact with a color coordinator/designer, who walked us through some ideas and was very helpful about helping us decide on a color scheme (which, a year or so later, we still very much like).  He also made available some contractors that he uses to repair all of the trim and soffetts that had rotted.  This work was done very quickly.  Once the colors were decided, they went out, and purchased the paint.  Before the painting began, since we have aluminum siding, particular care was taken in prepping and cleaning the siding.  Once the house was dry, and the weather good, the house was painted.
At every turn, the workers showed up when he said they would, and were finished when they estimated they would be finished.  All communication was very prompt and positive, and the results make it look like a different house (a much nicer house).  I would and actually have recommended them to local family members.

"This was a small job but despite this Hector was very professional and thorough in describing the work to be done. He responded quickly to my request for a quote, got the job done on the spot, and charged a fair price. i would use Emmaty again for my roofing needs."

"Jason Lopes very responsive to requests from the beginning. Returned our calls/texts promptly. Made an appointment to assess job and arrived exactly when he said he would. From initial assessment to finished project (and that included researching for matching materials) everything was done professionally. Jason kept us informed on the progress of procuring materials and the status of the project on a regular basis. Actual repair work was done by the team quickly and efficiently. The house looks great! We are very pleased with Exact Exteriors and would definitely recommend them for any exterior projects!"

"It took five days to remove and install 25 squares of shingles.  Luther Roofing employees followed the contract in every detail and left the roof watertight each evening.  Clean up each day left my lawn in better shape than my landscaper left it after his fall clean up a few days before the reroofing.  I am very satisfied with the work that Luther Roofing did on the removal of the old roofs and installation of the new roof on our residence.  The new roof looks great.

"Dave provides the best service while explaining what extra needed to be done w our aging gutters. He also helped install our rain water collection barrels to fill with water from our gutters! We recommend him for any and all gutter work and rain water irrigation!"

"I own some rental property that I don't live in and I contacted Rich to come out because the roof on a small addition was leaking. He came out pretty quickly, I did not have to be present which is always nice because it's difficult for me to get out there during the week. The day after Rich came out I had the quote for the roof replacement in my email. The cost was on the lower side of three quotes I had for the job. I contacted Rich to tell him I liked the proposal and to schedule the job, they came out a week and a half later and replaced the roof. It looks good and no longer leaks! One of the reason's I was so impressed with this company is that when I received the proposal to repair the roof it noted that some of the plywood was rotted and may need to be replaced,it gave a price to have all the roof decking done. When the crew was at the property they did find that several of the plywood sheets needed to be replaced. The crew took the time to photograph the rotted wood so that I knew and could see they were damage and they weren't trying to inflate the price. That kind of attention to detail is why I recommend this company and will use them again."
