"The water from our kitchen faucet was trickling rather than flowing. I called the company on a Friday afternoon and spoke to Mark Stirrup. He was courteus & professional.  He made arrangements to come out the next day (yes, on a Saturday) to check out the problem.  He arrived as promised and immediately began to troubleshoot.  He advised us that we needed to replace the faucet and some stop valves.  He recommended that we purchase the faucet and then he would install it and the valves. We made arrangements for him to return after the holiday on Tues, 5/28/2013,  to do the job.  He arrived as agreed and installed the new faucet and valves in approximately 2 hrs.  He worked diligently and cleaned up all debris from the installation. His price seemed fair and included a 10% Angie's List discount.  We would definitely use this company again.

"I am not from the area and when I discovered I had water pouring from my water meter box, I was unsure who to call. Based on some reviews I found I submitted a quote request from their online system, as it was after hours. Someone from Kyle called me back first thing in the morning, shared the companies time and material rates and a special they had on offer! They had someone at my house by 1 PM and it was all fixed by 3 PM! They really did a great job, it was fast, the tech was super professional, and the price was very reasonable! I will definitely use them again."

"The service tech was very nice and friendly. They came out early on a Sunday morning after we called them on Saturday telling them our toilets were not draining. They performed the service very quickly. The price was fair for the septic draining and cleaning ($500), but they charged us $250 to snake out a 15ft pipe which seemed really pricy. Took them about 2 minutes to do it and when I went back in my records for the plumbing company we used last time 10 years ago they only charged us $50 to snake the pipe. I'm not sure why this company charges so much for this service when I could have rented the same machine from homedepot for $40 and did it myself. At least I know for next time. Only use them for the pump and cleaning of the septic, nothing else."
