Given that we were taking our walls, she drew a thorough kitchen/living/dining room layout (including lighting!). Given that plans evolved over time, she has continued to provide input via email for everything from lighting to furniture placement. Since remodeling, we have continued to decorate and fill rooms over the past 2 years. Our package included lifetime design support for the 5 rooms, and Diane continues to provide input as requested on exactly what shape and size pieces we need to complete our space."

"My home redecorating experience with Heather Wickholm of Dress It Up Designs went very well.   I am very indecisive and not very confident at knowing how to put all the elements together to decorate rooms well.  She was very good at listening to me and answering my questions and giving me helpful tips on the projects I did myself to help save money and stick with my budget.  I did all the painting, sewing, reupholstering and installing new curtain rods.  After painting the living and dinning room she talked to me about what colors I like for accents in the rooms and provided samples of materials for pillows and upholstery and many pictures of curtains sent to email that I narrowed down to the one I liked.  She would let me work on a project and then email me to find out how things were going.  I would email her and let her know when I was finished with each project and we would set up a time to meet again at my house to start on the next step.  Heather went shopping with me to pick out the curtains for my living room and also went shopping with me to get the fabric for my pillows and upholstery.  The last project that she did for me herself was to make me a picture collage using my personal nature photographs.  She used nine of my photos, framed them and arranged them with three shelves and made me a map of how to place them above my sofa in the living room with all the measurements.  It looks fantastic!  My family and friends love the way everything looks.   <br /> Heather charges $75.00 an hour which is less expensive than some other interior designers or stagers.  She is a very sweet easy going person and very fun to work with."

"The owner came in, on a Sunday, and took measurements and when he discovered it would be quite expensive, he offered to try to bring the cost down as much as possible.  He has come out now twice on his days off and I am very very impressed with his work ethic and integrity.  We will be using him for several projects in the near future."

"The project started out GREAT and on task.  It was being done in coordination with the removal of carpet for laminate flooring and the house was a chaotic mess that the guys managed to dance around and thru without a hitch.  The color they helped me select was absolutely stunning with the new laminate floor and all went well until we got to the Master Bedroom where it was discovered that the foundation had been cracked/leaking for an indeterminant time.  Issues with the condo association arose and were quite protracted over responsibility for fixing this crack until they finally manipulated me into paying for opening the drywall from the inside to access the crack.  US Pro painters ALSO did THAT job which you can't even TELL was ever done!  Opted to go ahead and have the closet painted at that time which looked so professional that I also decided to have the remaining closets painted!  That will happen on 2/12/13 and I'll have a finished project... and it's just SO stunning.... which I couldn't have done without this company and their flexibility and professionalism!  Thanks, US Pro Painters! <br />"
