They sent out a representative (Sara) who did a thural job of assessing the situation and offered me a few options to best suit my requirements. I selected the most complete option. For the Sump system, I elected to have a battery backup with 2 pumps installed. I also needed to have the Sump discharge re-piped and checked, making sure it was working without any obstructions. Dustin and Brandon arrived at my residence at the arranged time and commenced working on the project. They kept me apprised of the progress throughout the morning. "Josh arrived the morning after my call for service to unclog my kitchen sink. I had exhausted my efforts by using two different plungers to no avail. I was quoted a reasonable price agreeing to the charge. I just felt it was going to be more of a job than either of us thought.
