He estimated it to be about $300 but after calling up his boss, Greg Tittle (the owner). He said that it would actually be an additional $600. We simply couldn?t afford that amount so we agreed to have the old door put back on over the phone with a lady named Chelsea who was very rude to my wife as they were discussing how to sort all of this out. The kind installer let us know that he couldn?t put the old door back on and instead placed a slab of plywood on the gaping hole in the back of our house. We were forced to allow them to do so as we have 3 small children living in the house and can?t have a giant hole exposing us to the climate outside. We?re just very distraught of how they handled this situation and we would like to hold the"
