"The gentleman who came were very courteous and professional. I did have more than 2 cubic yards of junk to be removed and I did agree to pay an additional $100 to remove everything. Unfortunately, the remainder of the contract for air blowing of all dirt and dust , wiping window sills and applying Odoban Citris spray to eliminate odors was completely ignored. I did remind them about the cleaning of the cobwebs and spraying for bugs so that service was performed. I was cautioned not to go into the crawl space for several hours because of the spraying and when I did go down to look at the area I was very disappointed at the amount of dirt and debris left behind."

If the company decides they want to replace an appliance, you need to call them and negotiate with them because you can upgrade, but you need to talk to them in person not just do it over the internet."
