"I’m extremely satisfied with Regional. We had three sump pumps that needed to be replaced (primary, secondary, and water powered backup). The quote was very reasonable, and they were able to do the work shortly after their initial visit. They replaced everything with Liberty pumps. Justin and Erich did the work and they were very professional. We had them quote out a couple of other items (replacing water heater, etc) and those quotes were also very reasonable. "There seemed to be a disconnect between Home Advisor and Regional Plumbing. The technician did not know about Home Advisor or that Home Advisor had referred them nor did he agree with the cost for the service. The charge was more than double what Home Advisor had quoted. Then when the work was finished he told me I had a leak requiring another service call (he didn't have the parts on the truck) for another $200. I was able to get the second repair for free from the warranty we have on our washer but here has been no apparent leak while waiting for Sears to come. This has left me with doubts about Regional."
