It was a very cold and snowy winter, very atypical for us. When I called and left them a message, one of the  owners called me on a Saturday. I texted her the pictures and come to find out there was more to do with my house humidifier than the windows, it hasn't happened since. She was very courteous, friendly and professional. <br /> It has been over 2 years now, and the windows, look and work great! Great quality windows. <br /> I would recommend them to everyone. I know we had a couple issues, but every company will have that once in a while.
