"First, I want to say that the job I asked Mr. Sandless Indianapolis to do, was a terrible job. It's a 100 year old restoration with hardwood that had carpet glued down on top of it for many years. They did an amazing job. Stacey was very quick to get an accurate estimate and to get technicians out to the house and started within a week. Everyone I interacted with was courteous and very professional. I asked a number of questions, all of which were answered in a complete and timely fashion. "Hired through Angi, was told would be up to 5 hours of cleaning. Juan was there maybe 1.5 hours. No flo9or had been swept or mopped, the toilets had not been cleaned, the counters in bathrooms had not been wiped down. He dusted around everything, didn't move anything off to dust, and didn't dust the sides of any furniture. The mirrors in the bathroom had not been cleaned and no light fixtures dusted. I think the only things done, were made the beds, and dusted a litle bit. Then he tells me he he can not check out as done on Handy/Angi, and that he has done this all for nothing. So I paid him through paypal, and then he was able to complete the request on Handy and they took the $140 + out also. So I paid twice for a really crappy job. I guess someone needed to be standing there giving instructions the whole time to see that things got done."
