"J&A appliance, techs and employees are absolutely amazing! They run an efficient, excellent business and manage to do so while retaining a heart of gold! They show concern and understanding for clients that is almost impossible to come by anymore. I called and to schedule an appointment bc my fridge was on the fritz. I explained how a couple moths prior, I had a â professionalâ who owned his own company come fix/service my refrigerator and I paid a large sum of money, for him to now make excuses and avoid my calls. I spoke w/Angela, she scheduled my appointment promptly was courteous, kind, and incredibly patient with me. The tech came and upon inspection immediately noticed that what the previous â professionalâ charged me for and claimed to fix, was never fully completed and what was done was done improperly. The tech stayed for 5 hrs. fixing, replacing and trying to undo the damage caused. He made it clear that even though he will do his best he couldnâ t guarantee it would be successful. It turned out the fridge was beyond repair and a new one was needed. NOT ONLY DID THEY FULLY REIMBURSE ME THE FEE, COSTS AND EXPENSES, THEY GAVE ME $100 GIFT CARD TOWARDS A NEW REFRIGERATOR!!!!! They also provided me with a full written statement to prove the previous â professionalâ fabricated the work and service he claimed to have done. They did all this bc they said, and I quote â no one deserves to be taken advantage of and what you had to go through was undeserving and unfairâ . They have earned my deepest respect and gratitude!!"

"We actually got an estimate for the bathroom about 9 months before going ahead with the work.  When Tom came to look at the bathroom again, he stuck to his original estimate.  We added some other jobs that needed to be done, and they charged a fair price for all the extras, with no surprises.  They were courteous and professional, arrived on time and did a great job.  The bathroom is beautiful!  We're waiting for new kitchen cabinets to be delivered, and they will install those as well.  We would recommend All Phases without hesitation.
