"It was an excellent experience! My old Kenmore fridge (probably from the 90s) quit cooling/defrosting. After looking to replace it and finding thanks to the pandemic refrigerators are on backorder for months, I called 3 appliance repair companies who didn't call me back. I found Neli and was able to set up an appointment at a time I picked.. An incredibly patient tech (Chris C.) came chat on at the appointed time. I waited about 5 mins as he was wrapping up another call. I walked me through the diagnosis using a virtual support app on my phone. He was able to help me with taking things apart, helped me use our multimeter, and diagnosed the problem. I can do this repair myself. He gave me the exact part numbers and told me what I need to do. All for $35 for an hour on a Sunday. I can't believe how great this was. I thought I had to replace my refrigerator, but for $35 + $111 in parts (I could have gone cheaper but chose OEM) my refrigerator will return to health. Their website lists the tools you will need for a diagnosis/repair, make sure you have them ready. For refrigerators, you need a screwdriver (flat & phillips), a socket set, a multimeter, and theoretically a pair of pliers but I didn't use them. Also make sure your phone is charged (lesson learned)."

"Manny was both punctual, professional and knowledgeable in his assessment of my Rental Property kitchen and Laundry Appliances. I trusted his diagnostics with regards to the newly installed kitchen oven and missing ice-maker bin for the automatic ice maker bin. He ordered the parts and returned to replace parts as needed in an efficient, prompt and professional manner. "Matt and his crew were on time, professional and on time. We first called a big name company that you may see on the back of a truck. Well that company quoted us $10,000-$15,000 for less work; at that point it was ONLY the furnace. I called Matt for a second opinion. Obviously, he quoted me for half the price of the back of the truck company WITH the water heater added in. Total work done: replaced furnace and outside unit, replaced water heater, installed water pump, installed 2 EcoBee thermostats. The big name company was ONLY doing the furnace and outside unit.
