"The individual that did the consult was very knowledgeable and helpful. The work took 8 days. I would highly recommend just buying new cabinets. The mess after the sanding and install was more than I expected. Some of the cabinets were left with debris and a considerable amount of dust in them, the shelves were not sanded on the ends where they were cut, leaving splinters and the sawdust was in the stove, dishwasher, cabinets that were covered and in the adjoining room. The craftsmanship turned out nice but noticeable that the edges were resurfaced. Itâ s hard to resurface cabinets that are old. The new doors cover the refacing. I feel the pricing is way to high for this type of project."

"The color match to my existing cabinets was great especially the custom aqua/teal color of the china section to another piece of furniture I wanted to use as an accent. The workmanship and quality were amazing and much better than my existing cabinets and the price for building them, delivering them and installing them was $2,000 less expensive than the builder grade cabinets that were installed when I built the home. Eli and Susan were amazing and were a pleasure to work with, including design, measurement and even picking the right hardware. Also the pull out shelves were adjustable and all the doors were all soft close. The drawers were interlocked not stapled together like my existing cabinets... They even made a special place to put my electronic feeder for the cat and made it possible to still use the outlets that would now be behind the cabinets I added."

"Everything went great. Joe and Kevin were incredibly courteous on their initial site visit and spent a lot of time talking with me about what I wanted and what my concerns were. They provided their quote quickly and it was very detailed so I knew everything my money was going toward. I was concerned about dust throughout the house so they were very careful to seal off the room while working and thoroughly cleaned up every night. When we encountered a few snags along the way, such as finding that some of the original joists were in bad shape and some plumbing was in the way, they really worked with us to provide and explain every option. When we also discovered the real original crown molding under what we thought was the only crown molding, they worked hard to find options that would allow us to restore the original crown using some new pieces to replace old ones that weren't useable. They communicated well with us every step of the way and we are very pleased with the end result. We love our new room and we will definitely be calling on them in the future."

"With the goal of replacing all flooring in the house (including conversion from carpet to hardwood) the company owner provided prompt on-site consultation.  This project needed to be coordinated with a gut and remodel of the kitchen and powder room. Ultimately, we chose to use Teppo's for the entire remodeling job.   Kevin made several visits to the house in the evening, bringing samples of cabinets, counters and flooring.  He coordinated a showroom visit with his favored cabinet and counter supplier, then returned with the kitchen designer twice to check measurements and design ideas.  He was knowledgable and easily addressed concerns about several small details in the remodeling process.  In the process, Kevin did not over-promise or gloss over specifics.  The price quote was in line with four other quotes that we had received but we saved a considerable amount by using Teppo's  family flooring wholesale connections - a savings that we applied towards nicer outfitting of the kitchen cabinets and quartz countertops.  His cabinet and countertop vendor discounts were also substantial.  We are excited to begin the project in the next few weeks.  Kevin is very professional (as are his vendors), listens very well to the customer and incorporates these points into his planning."
