"I hired AffluentView on a new project subdivision of 80 home?s previous contractor left me stressed since he could not complete work due to not enough guys and equipment Gerardo and his 4 crew finished up 60 concrete driveways 60 front and back yard sod installments 60 paver patios 60 all around landscaping If your looking to get things done AffluentView is your people thanks to them I finished our subdivision"

"They did a great job. Cleaned up the leaves in my yard nicely. I’m definitely going hire them again."

"Earps Lighting is official. They are the best in town. The services that they offer are like no other. I was able to get my lawn mowed and camera installed in the same day. The prices are affordable and the services are great. The staff is friendly and always shows great customer services. I recommend Earp Lighting to everyone."

"Tim did a great job with the replacement of our water heater. Even though it was the day after Thanksgiving he moved some of his other appointments around to come to our home that afternoon. Tim and his assistant were careful to put on shoe covers in the house and to observe COVID 19 precautions. The job required more complicated plumbing since we have a desuperheater loop from our geothermal heat pump that connects to the water heater; the additional charge for this work was minimal. Tim was here until after 5:00 that evening, with the result that we had hot water over the weekend."

"It was always very good, through, and they take pride in their work. They communicated very well."

"Great experience! Lawn looks great, very responsive and hired to continue lawn care moving forward."

"Prompt, efficient, and clean service, at a fair price. The BBB team removed 18 pine trees in a single day, and they cleaned up so that it looked as if they had not even been on my property at all. Incredible! My compliments to the whole team, but especially to the crane operator and his topper, who were absolute experts. But the rest of the team maintained the necessary rhythm and coordination to move from one tree to the next very rapidly. Highly recommended!"

"Our drainage project with The Oak included hooking up 6 downspouts to underground PVC pipes and routing the pipes through our yard. We also had them move a rain barrel, build a stand for it, and hook it up to a downspout. Jesus from The Oak spent a few hours helping us to scope the project. He sent us a detailed quote and revised it once we had talked through more options. Jesus and Leo completed the work in four days with great communication throughout, and attention to detail. The drainage project was on budget - slightly under actually - and the rain barrel stand was harder than expected but they let us know and we approved a small budget increase. Our experience with The Oak was great and I would hire them again if I had another drainage project (I don’t right now because they did it all!)"

(2) Now the new valve makes the sprinkler system work properly.

(3) The whole working area has been completely cleaned.

(4) The labor charge is at the minimal.
