He always answered all of our questions and made sure we were happy during the renovation. The staff that came to our home to do the work was exceptional. They worked 8-6pm six days per week and only took a 30 min lunch. They asked us questions before installing things to make sure we were happy. They cleaned up every night before they left. We have never seen such a hard working crew. In addition, Bernie told us 2 weeks to do 2 bathrooms and ended up being done in 1.5 weeks.
