"Perry Brothers Construction did exceptional work on our first floor family room renovation. They were prompt, professional, and priced appropriately. Every time we had a question, Bill would return our call/email/text within minutes. More importantly, they were honest and open about any changes that needed to be made to the original contract due to additions/subtractions to the original plan. We enjoyed working with them and would hire again."

"I spent over a year trying to get our home renovation project off the ground. We met with many contractors that either found our project too large or too small. Our plans included adding on a 16x16 room, a large two-tiered deck, and renovating the entire first floor. Ryan came to check out our project and within no time had an all-inclusive estimate prepared for us. It was priced very reasonable and his presentation gave us comfort that he could handle our job. Ryan's crew was very considerate, especially considering we were staying in our home during the duration of the project. They were timely, requested consent to be there at various times and worked consistently to get our project done. Part of the project included custom doors and non-tradition trim/detail work. They handled this exceptionally. All the detail work came out great! We would absolutely hire Norman Builders for another project."

"This is the second time we have used MMP Construction for a large-scale renovation and both times, we were thrilled with the results and with the service level. Matt (the owner) is friendly, fair, and quick to communicate. I would (and do!) recommend MMP for any renovation you plan to undertake."

"I was very impressed working with this company. Communication was superb right off the bat. We went over the job in detail, and it was completed perfectly. The company is very professional and pays attention to every detail. The price was good too! They also cleaned the area thoroughly and my property looks exquisite. Hire this company with confidence. Thank you!"

"Khaled and his team did a fantastic job designing and building our large custom 3-season sun room with sunken hot tub. Khaled had great design sensibilities and took the time to discuss every detail with us. He is a perfectionist and only picked top materials and more time consuming finishes. Communication was great all along, and the crews were friendly, skilled, and kept the site clean. We love our new room, which perfectly matches our old house in Wellesley"

"I hired Quality Construction (QC) to build a 22x24 two car garage, started from preparing the site. Turns out the site has ledge, QC worked with the foundation guy and did it very reasonable price. QC framed in garage, matched existing vinyl siding to house, iced and water shield the whole roof. QC installed garage door and garage side entrance door. QC installed gutter for the garage and also a French drain behind the garage, paved a new drive way leading to the garage. I also hired QC to build a deck between the house and the garage. Very thing comes out so beautiful excellent job. There is no issue working with QC. I really appreciate his workmanship and efficiency according to the schedule. I definitely will hire him for my future projects again. As a matter of fact, two of my neighbors have hired him for their projects."

"The ultimate professional. Great customer service. Perfect planning so there was no down time from one crew to the next. All crew members arrived on time, had great attention to detail, and went above and beyond my expectations. I now have a beautiful, sturdy, home inside and out after major tree damage. It was truly a pleasure working with Jerry and his crew of professionals."
