"Bertie was extremely responsive from the initial contact and through out the job. He came on Saturday morning to check out the job and give an estimate.  He said he'd be there at 9, he was there at 8:55.  We had to replace a bathroom ceiling fan, which caused damage to the old plaster/wire popcorn finish ceiling. It was a small job but he was fine with that. He was able to schedule the for Monday. He should up again early and set straight to work. He put down drop cloths in the bathroom, prepped the ceiling and started patching it up. He was professional, courteous, friendly and highly knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him and hope to use him again soon for another larger project.

"Steve is absolutely excellent. I initially had him install new Harvey windows and a new front door and Bay window in my home. They came out great. During our initial conversations, I mentioned I was also looking for a new roof and new deck. He completed both of those jobs as well. I could not be happier with the results. "The projects Joe did were to: replace and cement in a basement window with a custom sized double-pane basement window, installed three storm windows to cover leaded glass windows, replaced rotted trim at three locations, cleaned gutters and fastened down a downspout, and replaced a rotted window sill in the garage. I felt very comfortable having Joe and his work crew do this work."
