Tony L. insisted we would need to pay $3,000 to recertify the work. When we asked about installment payments, he said ?No.? When we asked if they could set up automatic withdrawals to prevent future missed payments, he again said ?No,? even while boasting that they are a national company?apparently one that can?t manage automatic billing. When my elderly mother mentioned contacting the BBB, he threatened to sue her. He then made repeated calls to me and threatened to ?make trouble? with my employer. It is impossible to recommend a company that tolerates this kind of behavior from one of its service managers. Avoid this company."
