"Incredibly happy with their work and my decision to use LHQC. They were professional, courteous, skilled, and hard-working. They were flexible to accommodate my unpredictable schedule and meet in the later evening hours. I can tell they take pride in their work due to their precision and attention to detail during the project. Outstanding job demolishing the previous wooden deck and replacing with composite. This included a completely new frame, support posts, railings, and stairs. While installing the railings I was impressed at how they took extra measures to protect the new floorboards from dents and scratches by first laying a tarp across the deck for their equipment and materials to lay upon. Each day they ensured the area was clean and tidy, even if it meant staying late. Impact to the surrounding lawn was minimal - in my case it will recover fully on its own with no repair work. Fantastic job. Bravo."

Angel (WI Innova Construction) and his team essentially rebuilt the porch and replaced all the screens. They also replaced some siding that bubbled because it was too close to a grill and replaced a floor board in a balcony. They worked efficiently and effectively, protected our plants and cleaned up well. Angel provided a very fair estimate for the job that broke out labor and materials. He communicates very and we will continue to use WI Innova Construction for our outside construction needs."

"JWC did high quality work. There were rotted soffits and old facia boards. These guys are talented pros. They identified problem wood and took care of it. It wasn't a simple job. They got here fast and worked hard every day until it was done. They also fixed an old porch (replaced bad wood and redid my screens). Inside the house they worked on some drywall that needed to be repaired. Overall, I cannot recommend them enough. Very enthusiastic, very talented work. I really appreciated having them here. "Great.  Tim was skilled, honest, forthright, courteous, considerate and punctual through the whole job.  His assistant was pleasant and hardworking.  He came out right away to look at the deck which had been flagged by the inspector I hired to look at the house when I was under contract to buy it.  Though this was a relatively small job, he helped me understand deck structure as well as point me towards independant sources of information to help me through the negotiating process with respect to getting a reduction of the house's purchase price which involved at least a dozen calls and communications.  (I did get estimates from other builders who came out higher with all sorts of caveats built into their contract so I could not be sure what the final price would be).   When the actual job started, we ran into some tough ground (clay and large rocks) to remove in order to putting the footings which took extra days to get through as it was done by hand (because Tim did not want to tear up my yard with his heavy duty digging equipment).  Tim did not charge me beyond the estimate for this unforseeable complication though it was clearly within his right under the circumstances to do so.  The work was excellent and he is the type of a craftsman who is by nature unable to leave a job that isn't well done.  Though I thought the job was done, he came back out to perfect it beyond what I had expected.  He left the place as clean as he found it.    I recommend him without hesitation
