"The removal and replacement of roof went very well. Gutters and debris screens installed. Cedar shingles repaired/replaced"

"They can't install the classic ribbed metal roof I want."

"Casey initially helped us with an ice dam winter 2025. He was the only contractor to respond to numerous calls we made and he did so promptly. He and his coworker resolved the problem and educated us about the issue going forward. It was such a positive experience that we invited him to quote a replacement roof on our 100 year old home. The bid was extremely fair; the work was completed efficiently and with all due care for our property and a beautiful end product. We would absolutely hire Casey and the Pattison team again!"

"Working with L&L was a very positive experience.  They were professional and responsive throughout the entire process.   A previous contractor failed to properly flash the chimney when he  installed a metal roof.  As a result, a signification amount of water was coming into the building. L&L fixed this issue in a timely matter and the quality of work was excellent. In addition, they were conscientious about cleaning the yard and building when they completed the task.

"These guys were great! We got turned down by two large companies because our dryer vent was almost at the peak of our roof on the second floor, but these guys took it on. They came out the same day we spoke with them to take a look and draw up a quote and then came back the following day to do the cleaning on our dryer vent and put in a new vent on the house. The previous owners had on the wrong cover which caused most of our issues to begin with. I would recommend them to anyone we know. They were professional and explained out everything."

"Roofing repair & replacement, roof came out great!"

"I had the roof, siding and gutters replaced on my house. Three different crews performed the work and all of them did a great job. Entire project took about 3 weeks. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend A1 to others"

"Donâ t bother looking elsewhere. So professional from start to finish. Installed a new roof and gutters. Price was great and so was the service."

"After evaluating multiple contractors, we hired The Exterior Company (TEC) to replace our roof. The experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. Harry and Connor got us started and quickly answered every question we had. The crew, PMed by Asher, was fast, efficient, friendly and completed the job in one day, cleaning up after themselves leaving no trace of debris behind. The job was very reasonably priced and expertly managed in every respect. We highly recommend TEC to anyone looking for a local contractor to do roof replacement!"

"I am verry happy with Guaranteed Roofing"
