The roofing team work very efficiently and arrived at 8 am and worked through until 730 pm on the first day. "Michael was very responsive to my request for help. I always previously told by Homestar that the water stains I was seeing in the ceiling in a few locations was due to the ridge vents that needed to be replaced. And that I needed a new roof with a 40k estimate for the roof. Micheal showed up and advised the leaks were from nail pops and the ridge vent and shingles were all fine. He provided photos and explained more will probably pop but the best option was to replace the faulty ones for now and check for any new next year.
