"Everything went great. He called because he was available early and wanted to know if it would be ok to come earlier then planned. When he arrived, he introduced himself and verified the scope of work requested. He went straight to work. When complete he explained everything he did, showed pictures of things that would need work, and answered all of my questions. It was only $150 for the inspection and cleaning and I received my receipt with the pictures he had taken within minutes. He was quick, clean and very professional. "We were going through a complete home renovation and needed to replace the shingles.  We had USA roofing come out for a quote and were instantly impressed.  The sales man was professional and provided an all inclusive quote detailing all work to be complete & all warranty information so there was little to no confusion the services to be provided.  USA roofing was very punctual and brought a full team to complete the work in one day.  Being that we were doing a whole house reno, after the roof was installed, we needed to update the exterior paint and thus remove the new gutters.  USA roofing had no problem working with us on this and took down the gutters & replaced them when the work was complete.  A few months later, I received a call from our service provider saying he just passed our home and noticed a slight dent in one of the gutters.  He sent someone out a day later and fixed the issue.  I never even noticed this dent (and I am very observant) and was blown away from this amazing service!  I would recommend this company to anyone. <br />"

"Mr. Robert Helm was out last August (2014) for an estimate and to meet with my insurance adjuster, but we had a baby in September and the repair job fell off our radar until this Spring (after I noticed a few more shingles blown off in our yard). The repair costs were less than our deductible, so it would be out of pocket. After reconnecting in Spring, he returned my call promptly and was able to schedule the work to within a couple days of my requested window. Robert is a super nice guy and easy to work with. Very accommodating and extremely honest. After the job, he calculated actual material costs and time spent and it came out to be less than the original estimate! He took great care in matching the shingle and the work looks great. No damage to anything and NO MESS. Also, I was appreciative that he didn't call CPS on us after seeing the "cage" with a kid's chair in it that my daughter uses as her pretend jail on her playground. LOL. Detailed pictures were provided so I could see exactly the areas needing attention and repair.
