The 4,000 sq ft project included removing 35-year-old asphalt shingles, installing all new plywood sheathing, and updating roof venting. The roof has over 45 facets with a predominant pitch of 10/12, making it a challenging job. John A. and his team did an outstanding job installing CertainTeed Landmark Pro shingles. John scheduled the work while our B&B was closed and ensured the roof was sealed before any rain. He worked closely with our neighbors to minimize disruptions. "Extremely disappointed with this company. They do not stand by their guarantees. Did install shower in one day. Was not provided with the shower head I ordered. Calking and trim work was very sloppy. Went through the shower wall into my bedroom, did sparkle wall and left it. Shower doors have leaked and was finally told six months later that there is nothing they can do to correct the issue. Originally quoted $24,000.00 for the walk on shower, eventually agreed to $11,500.00. Completely dissatisfied with my shower. Once they get their payment, they are done."

"E.R. Roofing installed hardiboard siding on my house and new windows throughout the house. They were careful and professional in every way. The quality of the work is second to none. The pricing was very fair. And the after-the-job customer service has been nothing but over-the-top. Elliott is responsive and cares about his customers, which is why he will be the one to install the next roof on my house when it is time to do so. I can't say enough good things about E.R. "While the materials and communication was good, unfortunately there were some things that left a bad taste and I am not sure I would use them again. While there were some issues that they are addressing quickly, like replacing a part of the door they changed because a piece was smothered with white silicone, and also replacing a panel that was broken when they capped the trim outside my home, and they destroyed my big rosemary bush. I'm baffled as to why they didn't notify me at the moment and instead I had to wait until the walk-through to find out. The forklift person who came to pick up some material that wasn't used left a hole in my driveway. I just sent them some pictures, but haven't heard back, but hopefully this looks like it will be repaired. I am also not happy with how the door looks after the install and the reply from the QA walk-through was 'that is how we seal all the doors'. I appreciate that the amount of clear silicone used will prevent leaks and bugs, it looks like someone watched a whole bunch of YouTube videos and at the end some measurement went wrong and the mistake was covered up with an uneven line of silicone. Time will tell how long the silicone will hold against concrete. "We met with Ryan and Pete who were both extremely professional and knowledgeable. They met with my husband and I discuss new windows for the main floor of our single family home. We have a toddler and newborn and Ryan helped keep our toddler occupied and was very understanding and patient as we had to multitask in taking care of our kids while also discussing the window project. We were impressed by their warm, genuine approach which is very different from a typical salesperson trying to get you to go with their product. You could tell they truly believed in the company, the goals and values, and the product/services they provide. Due to personal reasons we weren’t able to invest in the project right now but we will 100% be contacting Ryan in the future and using Peak for all our future window/roofing needs. When you find a good, reliable company like Peak you want to make sure to spread the word and we will be recommending them to our family/friends/neighbors who need any projects done in their homes."

"While I appreciate the company's attempt to rectify initial issues, our overall experience with this solar installation was unfortunately very unprofessional. The initial installation team demonstrated a lack of respect for our property, damaging plants, leaving debris (including an orange cone), and inappropriately using our private bathroom despite a readily available public restroom on the premises. Following my initial negative review, the company offered a Home Depot gift card as compensation, which wasn't particularly useful to us. They also offered to address some unrelated roof repairs they noticed, but I questioned why these weren't addressed during the original solar installation. Scheduling follow-up work proved equally frustrating. An appointment was scheduled for Wednesday, but the crew arrived a day early on Tuesday without prior communication. While I appreciated them attempting to complete the work ahead of schedule, they left the roof partially finished overnight, exposed to potential weather damage. Furthermore, the crew damaged another plant box during the Tuesday work and continued noisy work – including banging on the roof – until 8:30 PM on Wednesday, violating DC noise ordinances that typically require work to conclude by 7:30 PM. This put us at risk of a city violation. Throughout the entire process, communication was poor and the lack of consideration for our property and local regulations was deeply concerning. While I appreciate the attempt to make things right, the experience was ultimately not ideal and left us feeling very dissatisfied."
