The project entailed wallpaper removal from 2.5 bathrooms and kitchen, repainting those rooms; installing a tile backsplash and vinyl tile floor in the kitchen; replacing the kitchen countertop; repairing a cabinet; repairing drywall and painting the ceiling in the master bedroom. The owner came out to do the estimate himself. He was accommodating when I wanted to expand the scope of the initial project and came out a second time to give me an updated estimate. Ira was on time and was very professional in every way.  He explained how the work would be done and said that he would let me know if there would be any additional charges.  As it turned out, there were no additional charges.  He replaced the outdoor faucet and then re-attached the hose to make sure it worked properly. 

He was courteous and professional.  I would hire Pipes and Pumps again.
