Crawford Construction called me the same day, gave me a quote and scheduled the job on the phone. The following day they took the old section of fascia to match the color and shape and visually inspected what needed to be repaired. They installed the new piece and completed the job on the third day as scheduled and as quoted. Crawford Construction did their job professionally and promptly while other services that I contacted hesitated to do a small job. Crawford Construction delivered what they said they'll do. His Team of 3 started work same day, completely tore apart original 10 foot high vinyl fence, re-cemented and re-aligned all sunken wobbly posts, re-built vinyl fence again, then pressure washed entire thing on both sides. "Chad was a bit slow on the response initially, but with all the snow we had, it was understandable, just a bit of a hiccup at the beginning.  Once he got started, he worked some long days getting all the misc things completed.  Even made several trips back to the box store for items I picked up but were wrong.  I added a couple of things to his list after he started and he worked them in without a problem.
Next phase will be a bigger bite but waiting until the weather warms up as the house will be open during that time.  I will continue to use Chad a lot going forward."
